How to book

  • Please get in touch with us first to check if the dates are available. Unfortunately, dates go quickly, so space is always limited - we do try to help where we can, but this is not always possible due to demand.

  • If your date is available, we will arrange a time for an assessment ('meet and greet'). If the assessment goes well, we will give you a registration form, our terms and conditions, a consent form, and a veterinary release to complete and return. See our contact page for our postal address.

  • A copy of your vaccination card, which is legible, will be required. This may be accepted any time up to the boarding/daycare date, but we CANNOT take dogs without seeing a copy of their vaccination card or record. This can be emailed, posted or provided at your meet and greet session. In addition, all dogs must be fully flea and worm treated.

  • Sorry, we cannot accommodate dogs under 12 months old (we're not set up for puppies)

  • We can only accept spayed or neutered dogs

Please note, for any dog boarding periods of more than 3 days in length, we will require a one-off 24 hour trial stay in advance of your boarding date.  This is to ensure your dog will be happy and settled whilst with us and is a condition of our boarding licence regulations.  Trial stays are priced at our standard boarding rate of £28.
